Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 19th, at 1:00 pm, is “gun day” in the Senate Judiciary C Committee where multiple firearm related bills are scheduled to be heard. Two important pro-gun bills, SB 152 and SB 214, and an anti-gun “red flag” bill, SB 256, will be considered. Please take immediate action by using the link below to contact the Senate Judiciary C Committee members and urge them to support SB 152 and SB 214 and oppose SB 256.


Pro-Gun:

SB 152 makes technical changes to clarify existing statutes providing uniformity throughout state law as it pertains to carrying a concealed firearm.
