Kentucky: General Assembly Adjourns Sine Die from 2023 Session

Gun Rights

Last night, the General Assembly adjourned sine die from its 2023 legislative session. This session, the House passed House Bill 542, to ensure that law-abiding adults are not stripped of their right to self-defense when they cross an arbitrary boundary onto a college campus. Unfortunately, the Senate failed to bring it up for consideration.

NRA will be back in Frankfort for the 2024 session. Meanwhile, please stay tuned to www.nraila.org and your email inbox for further updates on issues affecting our Second Amendment rights and hunting heritage in Kentucky.
