Campaign Field Representative Day in the Life

Gun Rights

The Campaign Field Representative (CFR) Program is unique because it allows participants to gain a variety of different campaign skills in one election cycle. CFRs are tasked with recruiting and motivating volunteers through a variety of different methods, some of which include publicly speaking at local events, hosting small trainings, and building personal relationships with top volunteers.

CFRs are also expected to advocate for NRA –PVF endorsed candidates and learn how to manage teams of volunteers they have recruited to do door to door canvassing, texting campaigns, post card writing parties, and attending local public events. This advocacy work is at the heart of the CFR program, and has helped NRA-PVF endorsed candidates get across the finish line on election day.
