NM House Advances Red Flag Gun Law Expansion







The New Mexico House of Representatives has passed legislation aimed at expanding the state’s red flag gun law, with a vote tally of 41-27. This approval signifies an important step in enhancing measures designed to prevent individuals deemed a risk from accessing firearms, five years after the original law was enacted.
