Oklahoma Makes History: Governor and Legislature Proudly Proclaim NRA Day

Gun Rights

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt signed a gubernatorial proclamation declaring April 3rd as NRA and Oklahoma Rifle Association Day. This recognition is a testament to the tireless efforts of our members in Oklahoma, who have worked hard to defend and protect our Second Amendment rights.

Furthermore, we are proud to share that the Oklahoma House and Senate have also showcased their unwavering support by passing HCR 1005, officially designating this remarkable day.

This recognition is a reminder of the vital role that the NRA and our members play in protecting our constitutional rights, including the Second Amendment. We must continue to stand together and fight for our rights, and this recognition is a powerful symbol of our determination and commitment.

NRA thanks Governor Stitt and the Oklahoma Legislature for their support, and we encourage all members to celebrate this remarkable day in honor of our Second Amendment rights. NRA also thanks the Oklahoma NRA members and Second Amendment supporters for their continued support and dedication.
