West Virginia: House Passes Bill to Create Nonresident Carry Permit

Today, the House passed House Bill 2793 by a unanimous vote of 98-0. It now goes to the Senate for further consideration. Please contact your state senator and ask them to SUPPORT HB 2793.

House Bill 2793 creates the option of a nonresident West Virginia concealed carry permit. This allows nonresidents to apply to take advantage of West Virginia’s comprehensive reciprocity agreements with other states.
