Nebraska: School Employee Carry Bill Passes Unicameral, Heads to Governor’s Desk!

Thanks to the efforts of the NRA, its members, and Senator Tom Brewer, the Education Package LB 1329, has passed the Unicameral Legislature and is now headed to Governor Pillen’s desk for his signature. In late March, this omnibus education package was amended to include some provisions of the original school employee carry, LB 1339.
