Talk of the Town: Courts, not gun owners, get to say what’s constitutional

Courts get to say what’s unconstitutional

I found so many problems with your Sunday editorial page that I don’t know where to start but for now, I will go with the editorial concerning MLG’s public health gun ban. I will start with your assumption that the ban is unconstitutional. Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. But frankly, you, me, some sheriff and certainly not some gun-toting NRA member play soldier (don’t) have the authority to determine if something is unconstitutional. That is a decision of the court system after due process. At least the governor is doing something.
