Early this evening, after more than 6 hours of debate and discussion on more than two dozen amendments, the Texas Senate passed House Bill 1927, constitutional carry legislation, on an 18-13 vote.  The amended bill will be returned to the House for further action.  In the meantime, your NRA-ILA is reviewing the Senate amendments to assess their impact on the bill.

Please stay tuned for additional updates concerning this critical legislation. We will provide links to the bill and recorded votes when they become available.
