Indiana: Governor Signs Pro-Gun Legislation

Gun Rights

Last week, Governor Holcomb signed House Bill 1084, The Second Amendment Privacy Act, prohibiting the use of firearm-related Merchant Category Codes, and House Bill 1235, providing protections for members of the firearms industry against frivolous lawsuits. The NRA would like to thank Governor Holcomb for signing these critical pieces of legislation and his continued commitment to protecting Second Amendment Rights in Indiana.

Additionally, the NRA would like to thank the author of HB 1084, Rep. Jake Teshka (R-HD7) and the author of HB 1235, Rep. Chris Jeter (R-HD88).
