My god. Watching Donald Trump speak, as I have done thousands of times by now, makes me realize how freaking dangerous this man really is. He is so much worse than he was in 2016…he is declining and in the worst way. Something is wrong with his brain, and whatever personality disorders he has are only getting worse. Speaking at the NRA’s annual outdoor recreation show Friday in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on Friday, the adjudicated rapist delivered an absolutely crazy and terrifying speech to a crowd of thousands of shooting and hunting enthusiasts who seemed to love what they were witnessing.
“Your Second Amendment will always be safe with me as your president,” Trump said at the beginning of the speech. “When I’m back in the Oval Office, no one will lay a finger on your firearms. Not gonna happen.”
In his typical rambling and digressive style, Trump jumped from topic to topic and went on wild tangents, speaking about immigration, energy, electric cars, the poor quality of highway medians in Washington DC, drugs, the possibility of changing the name of Pennsylvania, but ended the speech back talking about guns.
Trump actually BRAGGED about how his administration did “nothing” on guns. This is the man who was president when 17 people were killed and 17 injured at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. And yet he brags about doing nothing.

Of course Trump whined and complained about all the cases against him, and was very angry about the raid at Mar-a-Lago. He says he was nice to them and even fed them lunch. Was he supposed to be mean to them? He’s bragging about being nice? And you can bet your ass he sent the DOJ a bill for that lunch.

This is unreal. Trump obviously has taken his fair share of drugs, as have at least one of his sons. But apparently we are a drugged up country. And it’s all Biden’s fault of course.

Since everyone is knocking Joe Biden’s memory and cognition, his campaign pointed out one of Trump’s many flubs:

Then one of the most crazy assertions of the night. Trump claimed if people didn’t vote for him they would change the name of Pennsylvania. Yep.
“If you live in this Commonwealth, register everyone you know and get them out to vote,” Trump said. “We have to win in November, or we’re not going to have Pennsylvania. They’ll change the name.”
It wasn’t totally clear what Trump was referring to, but in January, a proposal by the National Park Service to remove a statue of William Penn from Welcome Park in Philadelphia was scuttled after Republican lawmakers protested.

Trump also falsely claimed two electoral victories in Pennsylvania. Although he won the state by a narrow margin in 2016, Biden beat Trump to flip the state back to blue in 2020.
“We ran twice, we won Pennsylvania twice,” Trump said. “We did much better the second time than we did the first time. It’s interesting, isn’t it?”
