Indiana: Constitutional Carry Still Alive in Senate

Despite House Bill 1077 being gutted in committee and reassigned, and the deadline for the Senate to consider House bills has passed, constitutional carry is still alive in the Senate.

Because constitutional carry was previously approved by the House, it could be inserted into other legislation that is moving through the Senate. Yesterday, Senate President Pro Tempore Rod Bray said that the Senate will pursue this path to move constitutional carry.
