Wyoming: More Pro-Gun Legislation Headed to the Governor’s Desk

Gun Rights

Yesterday, the Wyoming House concurred on Firearms Financial Discrimination legislation, House Bill 236, giving it final legislative approval.  Before concurrence, HB 236 was passed out of the Senate with a super majority who voted in favor.  This marks another important pro-gun measure that is on its way to the desk of Governor Mark Gordon for his signature.  Please contact Governor Gordon and ask him to sign House Bill 236 into law.

House Bill 236 prohibits financial institutions and payment processors in Wyoming from discriminating against Second Amendment-based organizations and businesses solely for their work dealing with firearms, accessories, ammunition, etc.  This important legislation will provide security and ensure that banks and other financial institutions are not allowed to make decisions on anti-gun politics or beliefs, and instead provide services to all, equally.

Again, please contact Governor Mark Gordon and ask him to sign House Bill 236 into law.
