Oklahoma: Legislature Adjourns from its 2020 Legislative Session

Gun Rights

Late Friday, the Oklahoma Legislature adjourned from its 2020 Legislative Session. During this session, anti-gun State Representative Jason Lowe attempted to push legislation to repeal Oklahoma’s Constitutional Carry law.  NRA members and Second Amendment supporters ensured that their voices were heard, and committee members soundly defeated this legislation by a 12-1 vote.  Thank you for remaining vigilant and staying active during the session.  Your continued communication to your elected officials makes all the difference.

Your NRA will be back in Oklahoma City in 2021 to advance pro-Second Amendment legislation. Please stay tuned to www.nraila.org and your email inbox for further updates.
