USMC veteran MIRROR LAKE, NH — J. (Joseph) Warren Cassidy, a former Mayor of Lynn and executive vice president of the National Rifle Association (NRA) died Wednesday in Mirror Lake, NH. Cassidy was born in 1930 in Lynn. He graduated from Wakefield High School in 1948, Brewster Academy in 1949 and Dartmouth College in 1953.

The U.S. Supreme Court has overturned the Trump-era bumpstock ban.  In a 6-3 ruling along ideological lines, the SCOTUS struck down the ban on bump stocks in the case of Cargill Vs. Garland.
