Delaware: Senate Passes Legislation to Restrict Firearms on College Campuses, on to Governor

Gun Rights

On Wednesday, the Senate passed House Bill 311, restricting firearms on college campuses and college-owned properties, even for concealed carry permit holders. Contact Governor Carney using the Take Action button below and tell him to veto HB 311!

HB 311 was amended to lower the penalty from a class F felony to a class A misdemeanor. A Class A misdemeanor conviction could result in up to one year in jail.

Again, we urge you to contact Governor Carney to oppose HB 311. Please continue to check your inbox and NRA-ILA for updates concerning your Second Amendment rights and hunting heritage.
