Florida: 2023 Legislative Session Convened Yesterday

Gun Rights

Yesterday, March 7th, the Florida Legislature began the 2023 legislative session. This year, Florida has another chance to join the constitutional carry trend sweeping the nation. Currently, 25 states allow law-abiding adults to carry handguns for self-defense without having to go through government red tape or pay fees. Gun owners and sportsmen throughout the state must stay actively involved to defend freedom.

Your NRA will continue to fight to promote and protect your right to keep and bear arms and hunting heritage. Our members remain the most powerful political force in American history, and together, we will secure the Second Amendment for present and future generations.
