Maryland: Charles County Carry Restrictions Bill Withdrawn!

Last week, the Board of Charles County Commissioners withdrew Bill No. 2022-51, an ordinance to ban firearms within 100 yards of buildings owned or operated by the County. Thank you to everyone who testified and submitted written comments opposing the gun ban. The sustained pressure and opposition from constituents worked. This was a huge win for Charles County’s NRA members and Second Amendment supporters.
