North Dakota: Concealed Carry Legislation Heads to the Senate

Gun Rights

Today, the North Dakota House unanimously approved concealed permit enhancement legislation, House Bill 1450.  Having passed out of the House, the measure now heads to the Senate for further consideration.  Please contact your State Senator and ask them to SUPPORT House Bill 1450.

House Bill 1450 enhances North Dakota’s permit laws by reducing certain minor violations on its list of prohibiting factors for applicants.  HB 1450 would allow more individuals to exercise their constitutional right to self-defense, and committee members need to hear from you!

Again, please contact your State Senator and ask them to VOTE YES on House Bill 1450.
