2019 Jay M. Littlefield Memorial NRA-ILA Volunteer of the Year Award

Steve Rau, of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, was named the recipient of the 2019 Jay M. Littlefield Memorial NRA-ILA Volunteer of the Year Award.  This award recognizes an individual NRA member for his or her meritorious defense of the Second Amendment. 

Steve serves as a FrontLines Activist Leader in Wisconsin and has been a true grassroots inspiration working passionately to protect and promote the NRA and the Second Amendment. He has spearheaded many successful efforts helping to build critical volunteer networks to assist with legislative and election efforts. He has organized and assisted with various volunteer events such as NRA-ILA FrontLines Lobby Day, NRA Days, gun shows, volunteer meetings and training, as well as worked to build local coalitions in his community to inspire and recruit others into the Second Amendment cause.  His diligent contribution of ideas shows his steadfast dedication to ensuring that NRA grassroots gets stronger in Wisconsin and nationwide.

Steve’s outstanding efforts are an inspiration to NRA members all over this country who share the common goal in support of the Second Amendment in all areas of activism, and we are pleased to bestow this award upon this deserving patriot.
