Judge Salas Calls For More Privacy For Judges

Gun News

Judge Esther Salas, whose son was murdered and husband critically wounded by a “horrible lawyer” with a grudge against women has called for some means of keeping Judge’s names, home addresses, and other personal information off the Internet.

While I have the greatest sympathy for the lady in this time of loss, it is not too hard to keep exposure to the internet to a minimum. See a lawyer about going about one’s personal business under a “road name.” That is, a “desk name” or “front” that reveals everything except the real name of the person “Doing Business As.”

Since there are underemployed lawyers who run for the Legislature and spend their time crafting bills to make lawyers money those considering that route will have to consult a lawyer to comply with State hoops. But the process should not be too difficult for Judge Judith Jones to put her sleeping place address in the name of a mythical Jerry Jelenik so they can answer the doorbell without fear of cracked brain lawyers bent on murder.

In this information age, keeping your actual name, and your credit card numbers, off the internet is increasingly important and that gives you a great deal of privacy at what should be small cost.
